Pick Up & Drop Off
We pick up and drop off in the same location. Centrally located just below Windsor Castle’s, Curfew Tower you’ll struggle to miss our famous “Duck Stop”!
The exact address to punch into your smartphone is 33 Thames Street, Windsor, Berkshire, SL4 1PR. Once arriving you’ll see we are located opposite the front of The Theatre Royal.
Parking
The easiest way to get to Windsor is by public transport. We have two stations in Windsor (both close to our duck stop) meaning the travel links are fantastic.
If you are planning on driving to Windsor you will, of course, need somewhere to park. In peak season this can be a real challenge.
We highly recommend planning a couple of fall back options if you don’t land a spot in your ‘first choice’ car park. The walk from our recommended car park to the “Duck Stop” borders the home park and is a lovely way to start your trip to Windsor.

Blue Badge holders (disabled visitors) may park free of charge in any borough car park when displaying a valid Blue Badge. We would therefore recommend parking in River Street or Alma Road Car Park. Please be aware the closest car park to our stop, ‘Castle Car Park’ is not a borough car park, and therefore not free of charge with a Blue Badge.
