Gift Card and Voucher Terms and Conditions

Gift cards and vouchers may only be redeemed when booking online or over the phone.

Gift Cards do not have an expiration date, unless specified on the gift card or voucher, or accompanying email.

Gift Cards have no monetary value and can only be exchanged for a booking to the value of the Gift Card or higher. If a Gift Card is a part payment for a booking, the remaining amount must be paid in advance of the booking.

Bookings with Gift Cards are subject to availability.

If Gift Cards are resold without the prior knowledge of Windsor Duck Tours Ltd, we hold the right to cancel the Gift Card with no refunds due.

If you do not use the full amount on your Gift Card, the remaining balance will stay on the card and can be used for future bookings.

Gift Cards purchased via our website will only be emailed to the booking email address. If you wish to have a physical voucher, please contact us.

Gift Cards cannot be replaced if lost, stolen or destroyed.

Gift Cards cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash or other denominated vouchers.

Gift Cards cannot be used in conjunction with any special promotions, discount tokens, coupons, vouchers or cards.
